Meyer Contracting is honored to receive the American Public Works Association Project of the Year Award in Historical Restoration/Preservation for our work on the Historic North Loop Minneapolis Reconstruction.
Team Meyer crews worked hard to complete this reconstruction of several roads around the North Loop neighborhood including underground utility replacement along with complete rebuild and redesign of all sidewalks and roadways. Due to the historic nature of the area, original brick pavers from the roadway were removed, salvaged, and reused in the reconstruction.
This is Meyer’s second Project of the Year Award in the past three years. Learn more about our work on the Nicollet Mall project, awarded Project of the Year for Transportation in 2018.
