Nicollet Mall

Meyer Contracting, Inc. contracted with the City of Minneapolis for the Contract 1: Roadway and Streetscape for the Nicollet Mall Reconstruction Project. Reconstruction of Nicollet Mall between Grant Street and Washington Avenue.

Scope includes: pavement, curb and gutter, storm sewer, street lighting, streetscape, traffic signals, signage, soils, irrigation, and site furnishings.

Key Features include: Tabled Intersections, Poured concrete sidewalks and street, Concrete curbs, Storm sewers and drain tile, Signals and streetlights, Armature, Theater in the Round, and Wayfinding signage

This project was awarded the American Public Works Association Project of the Year Award in Transportation!
