4th Street Reconstruction

Meyer completed this reconstruction of approximately 1600 feet of street.

Meyer worked collaboratively with the owner to optimize the roadway and utility designs which allowed the client to benefit from reduced cost and schedule duration in addition to further minimizing resident impacts.  The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule.

The project was constructed under traffic, with access to resident driveways and alleys being maintained throughout the duration of the project.  Meyer worked closely with the City of S.
