Met Transit Rail Replacement

Meyer Contracting completed this project in downtown Minneapolis on the LRT line. The project consisted of concrete removal at 2 different locations, preparation for rail replacement and then pour back of concrete the following day.

This project had a quick turnaround with crews working all night Friday night and early Saturday morning on the removals. Meyer concrete crew returned Sunday afternoon to replace the concrete after the rail was replaced. Projects like this one provide us the opportunity to display our skill and expertise in fast turnaround times and high-traffic areas and provide better transportation for the state and city!
