The company’s purpose today is the same as it was in 1984: Quality ethical work while providing value and satisfaction to our clients.
Create distinctive value by discovering client’s needs, developing dynamic solutions, and delivering efficient results through teamwork, accountability, communication & candor.
Lead our team with clear vision and direction. Empowered team in their tasks, roles and responsibilities required to accomplish our objectives.
Value Statement: To build a safe, winning team capable of efficient problem solving allowing our team and client to finish strong.
Build Team – We need to help all members of our team – we have a choice to stay neutral, hurt, or help. If we stay positive it is often what we get. We all need to throw water on all fires.
Winning – Life is daily competition. We win & lose some of these. Keep in mind losing is OK but we need to make sure we minimize loses & do not accept losing and do everything morally & ethically.
Problem Solving – Life is a series of problems and our goal is to be the best problem solver each of us can be. We should deliver a minimum of two solutions to all of life’s problems.
Efficiency-If we run all aspects of business & life as efficient as possible we will be successful.
Finish-The toughest part of life is often the last details. We will power through the finish line (punch list).
