Meyer Contracting crews completed this substation project for Xcel Energy on time and under budget. We completed tree and stump removal, and topsoil stripping prior to grading and compaction. The project also included installation of storm sewer structures and piping, storm water protection, rock excavation, and a great deal of finish work.
