Our Scope

Bringing a Community Vision to Life

Meyer transformed a blank slate into a fully developed rodeo and fairground facility tailored to our client’s vision. The project included complete site grading, earthmoving, and infrastructure installation to support a new arena, track, and supporting grounds.

We installed underground utilities and prepared the land for future amenities while maintaining tight tolerances for drainage, access, and structural readiness. From early design collaboration through final grading, we provided the technical precision and all-terrain capabilities needed to shape an open parcel into a vibrant, functional gathering space for the Twin Buttes community.

Unique Challenges

Precision Grading Across Challenging Terrain

The scale and complexity of this transformation posed major earthmoving challenges. Carving a professional-grade track and arena into raw terrain required deep excavation, land balancing, and precision grading — all while preserving the site’s natural contours.

Close collaboration with the client and design team was essential throughout the design-build process. Our team’s ability to adapt in the field, manage scope changes, and execute with technical excellence ensured the space took shape exactly as envisioned. The result: a one-of-a-kind facility that honors tradition, supports future events, and reflects Meyer’s commitment to quality in every contour.

Where purpose meets performance.
