Our Scope

Infrastructure That Supports More Than Just a Building

Meyer was proud to support the expansion of the Prairie Flower Casino by delivering critical site infrastructure from the ground up. Our scope included full demolition and site clearing, followed by new utility installation, road and parking lot construction, and the placement of an expansive underground StormTrap system to manage stormwater with long-term resilience in mind.

Tribal Partnerships in Action

Working in partnership with Tribal leadership and project stakeholders, we ensured that the civil infrastructure met exacting standards for quality, durability, and environmental compliance. From grading to underground systems, our work provides a lasting foundation for continued growth and economic opportunity in the region.

As a Native-founded company, Meyer takes pride in supporting Tribal communities through meaningful, long-term partnerships. Our work at Prairie Flower reflects not just technical excellence, but a deep respect for the vision and values of our Tribal clients — building trust alongside critical infrastructure.

Unique Challenges

Installing a Large-Scale StormTrap System

This project’s most technically demanding component was installing an expansive StormTrap system. Its scale required deep excavation, precise base preparation, and continuous inspection to ensure every element aligned under load-bearing conditions.

Tight schedules and complex staging of materials called for expert coordination across crews and subcontractors, plus sequencing and execution with zero room for error. The successful integration of this complex system demonstrates Meyer’s depth of expertise in utility work and large-scale site development.

Built on partnership and community.
