Our Scope

Grading and Utilities to Support Long-Term Housing Growth

For the MHA Staff Housing Infrastructure project, Meyer was tasked with delivering site prep and utilities to support essential housing for staff on Tribal land. In 2024, we executed the initial grading phase on an accelerated schedule, moving significant volumes of material and shaping the site with precision to meet foundational specs.

Following the success of that fast-tracked effort, our team returned in 2025 to complete the installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and storm systems. Each phase of work reflects our commitment to client trust, technical excellence, and building infrastructure that serves future generations.

Unique Challenges

Major Earthwork, Minimal Time

The project’s early phase required a large-scale grading effort compressed into weeks, with no flexibility on the timeline. Any delay would have jeopardized follow-on construction and disrupted housing schedules. Our team responded with streamlined mobilization, precise task sequencing, and on-the-ground agility to ensure every cubic yard moved counted.

The success of this first phase not only met the immediate need but laid the groundwork — literally and figuratively — for continued partnership. Our return for the utility installation in 2025 underscores the trust we’ve built and our ability to deliver under pressure, again and again.

Fast-track results. Long-term relationships.
